Rocky Mountain Dental Arts is looking for a dental hygienist to join our energetic, high tech, local and woman owned office!

We are a small, private practice in Loveland that strives to provide our patients with the highest quality of comprehensive dental care in a professional, caring and patient centered environment. At RMDA we want to create healthy, life long smiles and want our patients to have a positive and informative experience.

Our office is looking for a candidate who has a strong work ethic, positive attitude, professional demeanor, great chair-side manner, effective communication, time management and organizational skills. 1 year of experience is preferred, but not required. Graduation from a certified dental hygiene program and licensing to practice in Colorado is mandatory.

Job duties include the following but are not limited to:

Providing dental hygiene therapies including prophys, periodontal maintenance and scaling and root plaining

Conducting initial oral health exams

Educating patients on oral health, oral and dental conditions and treatment modalities

Reviewing oral hygiene techniques and aiding in co-diagnosis with the dentist

Working with Dentrix including recording periodontal measurements, electronic charting, taking digital x-rays, completing clinical notes, treatment planning procedures, scheduling continuing care appointments.

Turning over operatories, sterilization duties, and other dental office tasks.
