Position Summary: The Dental Hygienist collaborates with dentists to meet patients' oral health needs, performing prophylaxis, screenings, periodontal maintenance, charting, and other responsibilities in line with our high standards of care.

  • Assess dental conditions and needs
  • Provide direct patient care
  • Take vital signs and radiographs
  • Perform treatments like cleaning, polishing, sealants, and fluorides
  • Maintain electronic records and patient histories
  • Educate patients on oral health

  • Perform ancillary duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Reliable, punctual, and available by 7:00 am
  • Completed dental hygiene program or associate's degree and valid North Carolina Hygienist license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented, flexible, and responsible
  • Confidentiality and good communication skills
