Job summary

Watonga is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our dental team in Oklahoma. You will work with Dentists to deliver high-quality preventative care and help patients maintain optimal oral health in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

The role emphasizes meticulous charting, patient education, and adherence to treatment plans, with a friendly, team-based atmosphere and a Monday–Thursday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Oklahoma Dental Hygiene license is required.
• Accelerated hygiene experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with dental software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Fuse, Open Dental or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing of teeth.
• Take, develop, and accurately process dental x-rays.
• Document evaluations of oral health conditions and the extent of prophylaxis on patient charts to aid Dentists in diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
• Reinforce the Dentist’s treatment plans by providing supportive care and guidance.
• Foster a comfortable and positive experience for patients of all ages.
