Southridge-Dental-Arts in Oklahoma City is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to deliver high-quality preventative care and support the dental team. You will work with Dentists to maintain optimal oral health and provide patient education in a friendly, patient-focused environment.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, accuracy in charting, and delivering comfortable experiences for patients of all ages.

Qualifications

• Oklahoma Dental Hygiene license is required.
• Accelerated hygiene experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with dental software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Fuse, Open Dental or similar systems is a plus.

As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the overall dental team. You’ll work closely with Dentists to provide high-quality preventative care and help patients maintain optimal oral health.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing of teeth
• Take, develop, and accurately process dental x-rays
• Document evaluations of oral health conditions and the extent of prophylaxis on patient charts to aid Dentists in diagnosis and treatment planning
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Reinforce the Dentist's treatment plans by providing supportive care and guidance
• Foster a comfortable and positive experience for patients of all ages
