Overview : Pay range $45-65 per hour but negotiable depending on experience. Up to 10k Sign-on or relocation bonus for full-time and 5k for part-time, plus Production pay opportunity Benefits, 401K, PTO, Continuing Education credits, flexible schedules. 5. Hygienist Continuing Education - Hygienists who have completed one year of employment may seek reimbursement for continuing education courses up to $250 per year
6. Company provided certification trainings - These certifications include CPR certificates, Radiology certificates, Nitrous Oxide certificates, etc. The company will reimburse selected employees for eligible training / testing expenses required to obtain or renew the certificate

Responsibilities :

1. Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient
2. Deliver direct patient care, including scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, application of sealants and fluoride, under the supervision of a dentist
3. Provide excellent customer service by looking for opportunities to offer Same Day Care
4. Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction
5. Assess the dental condition and needs of patients and review patients' medical history
6. Adhere to all government regulations and company standards
7. Guide parents and patients through our entire treatment process
8. Assist with dental and perio charting; when necessary
9. Take x-rays and save into patient charts, when necessary
10. Create memorable patient experiences by showing compassion for our patients and parents

Qualifications :

1. Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
2. CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire)
