Shelton Dental Excellence in Shelton, WA is seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our close-knit team. This full-time role offers a four-day workweek, an 8 am–5 pm schedule, and compensation between $65 and $75 per hour, plus a sign-on bonus up to $3,000 based on experience.

We provide medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, PTO and paid holidays, a 401(k) plan, and team-building events in a supportive office environment focused on work-life balance.
