Gentle Dental Fairwood in Renton, WA is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist for a full-time role with a $5,000 signing bonus. Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
• Current Washington Dental Hygiene license (or ability to obtain before employment).
• Current CPR certification.
• Local anesthesia certification (or ability to obtain if required).
• Passion for patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care while educating patients on lifelong oral health.
• Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments, oral cancer screenings, and preventive therapies.
• Collaborate with dentists and the clinical team to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Build trusting, long-term relationships that encourage patient education, treatment acceptance, and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient care and infection control.
