Job summary

Tiger Family Dental in Sedalia, MO is seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. You will perform cleanings, take radiographs, complete periodontal charting, and educate patients on treatment options while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

This full-time role offers a 4-day work week (Mon-Thu) at $38/hour, with benefits including Medical & Vision Insurance, 401(k) matching, Life Insurance, and Paid Time Off.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Dental Hygienist License.
• 1-2 years of experience (preferrable).

Responsibilities

• Perform cleanings of teeth and gums; take x-rays and intra-oral pictures.
• Complete periodontal charting and address hygiene/restorative needs.
• Educate patient on what doctor will likely recommend in the form of treatment.
• Clean/sterilize treatment room after each appointment.
• Reappoint patients emphasizing value and urgency for the next appointment.
• Provide an effective 2 and 1 Hand-off, to doctor and appropriate admin team.
• Prepare, attend, and contribute to Straine Management System (SMS) Meetings.
• Sterilize and re-stock all instruments and bags after each appointment.
• Achieve individual daily hygiene production goal.
• Maintains proper knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA compliances and clinical skills.

Work Location: Sedalia, Missouri

Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday (4 days)

Compensation: $38/hour
