Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hygiene clinical procedures, including oral prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, sealants, fluoride treatments, oral cancer screenings, and x-rays.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene importance, providing instructions and demonstrations of effective methods.
• Communicate with the doctor regarding patients' restorative and periodontal needs.
• Obtain and review dental history and records, ensuring health history is updated for all returning patients.

Qualifications:

• Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license.
• X-Ray/Radiology Certification where required by state regulations.
• Local Anesthesia/Nitrous Oxide certification where required by state regulations.
