Job summary

iHireDental in Rochester, MI is seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our busy pediatric practice and to complement our friendly hygiene team. The ideal candidate is dependable, a team player, and loves working with children.

Schedule is 3–4 days per week. Office hours: Mon–Thu 7:45–5:15, Fri 6:45–3:45, and Sat 7:45–1:30 (seasonal). We offer a $3,000 hiring bonus after 90 days and an additional $5,000 after one year, for a total potential bonus of $8,000.

Qualifications

• Registered Dental Hygienist license required.
• Ability to work well with others as a team member.
• High energy and willingness to work with special needs patients.
• Proficiency in dental prophylaxis and digital radiographs, Cavitron usage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient screening procedures including assessment of oral health conditions, health history review, oral cancer screening, head and neck inspection, and dental charting.
• Follow practice protocols: quality assurance, biohazards, infection control, referral.
• Demonstrate proficient skills in dental prophylaxis and digital radiographs; proper Cavitron usage.

Our busy well established pediatric dental practice is a full time, Dental Hygienist to compliment our exceptional hygiene team.

Candidate must be dependable, team player and love working with children!

Schedule is 3-4 days per week.

• *$3,000 HIRING BONUS- Receive a $3,000 BONUS after successfully completing 90 days of employment.
• Receive an ADDITIONAL $5,000 BONUS after successfully completing one year of employment. TOTAL POTENTIAL BONUS $8,000
