Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist, with a patient centered focus, to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We use a base ($41/hr) + variable compensation model (in most cases, ranging between $45-50, based upon individual, achievable production).

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients of all ages, including pediatrics.
• Assess patients' oral health and provide education on proper oral hygiene practices.
