The ideal candidate holds an active RDH license, an associate degree (bachelor/master preferred), and at least 1–2 years of experience. We value patient comfort and education, strict HIPAA compliance, and a friendly, professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable
• Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer questions
• Prep sterilized equipment and assist dentist during exams and procedures
• Take vital signs and record medical histories
• Perform preliminary exams and collect oral health histories
• Evaluate for signs of gum disease, cavities, and infection
• Remove plaque and apply fluoride treatments
• Teach good oral hygiene techniques
• Take dental impressions and x-rays
• Assist dentist during procedures and exams
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and office policies
