You will provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care with 45-minute appointments on a single-column schedule, supported by a roving clinical assistant.

Registered Dental Hygienist

Location: Bloomfield (Pittsburgh), PA.

Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time.

Schedule:

• Monday: 9:00am – 6:00pm.
• Tuesday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm.
• Friday: 8:00am – 1:30pm.

Flexible scheduling available. Candidates seeking either full-time or part-time hours are encouraged to apply. Opportunities may also be available to split time between our Bloomfield and Tarentum locations.

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $45–$55/hour.
• Annualized Compensation: Approximately $93,600–$114,400/year based on a full-time schedule.
• Quarterly, Semi-Annual & Company-Wide Annual Production Bonuses.
• Typical Full-Time Bonus Earnings: $5,000–$19,000 annually.
• Top-producing hygienists have the opportunity to earn well into six figures, with one hygienist earning more than $130,000 in the past year.

You'll work from a single-column hygiene schedule with 45-minute appointments, while maintaining the flexibility to extend appointment times whenever clinically appropriate. A dedicated roving clinical assistant provides support with radiographs, room turnover, and scheduling, allowing you to focus on patient care.

Whether you're an experienced hygienist or a recent graduate, you'll receive the mentorship and support needed to succeed. New graduates receive structured onboarding and double-hygiene training until they're comfortable practicing independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care.
