Qualifications

• Must hold a valid AZ Hygiene license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• 1+ years of hands-on Hygienist experience preferred.
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Ideal certifications: Coronal Polishing, N2O, Radiology.
• Experience with periodontal therapy, digital radiographs, and patient education.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a compassionate, patient-first approach.
• Experience using dental practice management software (Curve Hero preferred, but not required).
• Interest in biological/holistic dentistry and whole-body wellness, with willingness to learn advanced protocols including ozone therapy, laser dentistry, salivary diagnostics, and preventive wellness care.
• Team-oriented, dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional patient experiences.
• Commitment to continuing education and professional growth.
