Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to provide preventive care and educate patients, fostering healthier smiles within a patient-centric care model. You’ll contribute to the Perfect Patient Experience by addressing each patient’s unique needs and concerns.

You’ll maintain accurate patient records, stay informed about dental hygiene advances, and participate in team meetings to align on goals and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dental hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive dental care aligned with the Owner Dentist clinical culture.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and the Mouth Body Connection.
• Ensure patient comfort and address individual concerns.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Stay informed about advancements in dental hygiene through ongoing training.
• Actively participate in team meetings to align on goals and improve processes.

Compensation Information

$39.00-$62.00 / Hourly
