PDS Health is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist in O’Fallon to deliver preventive dental care and education, aligned with our patient‑centric approach. You will join a team dedicated to the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE) and to addressing each patient’s unique needs.

Responsibilities include educating patients, maintaining records, and staying current with dental hygiene advances. We value teamwork, compliance, and commitment to patient care.

Qualifications

• Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dental hygiene.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient care and education.

• Provide preventive dental care aligned with the Owner Dentist clinical culture.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and the Mouth Body Connection.
• Ensure patient comfort and address individual concerns.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Stay informed about advancements in dental hygiene through ongoing training.
• Actively participate in team meetings to align on goals and improve processes.
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory standards while embodying PDS Health’s values.
