Job summary

PDS Health in Lafayette, LA is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to provide preventive dental care and educate patients within a patient-centric team. You will contribute to delivering the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE) and address patients’ needs with compassion.

You will maintain accurate records, stay updated on hygiene advances, and participate in regular team meetings to improve care and processes, while upholding regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dental hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive dental care aligned with the Owner Dentist clinical culture.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and the Mouth Body Connection.
• Ensure patient comfort and address individual concerns.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Stay informed about advancements in dental hygiene through ongoing training.
• Actively participate in team meetings to align on goals and improve processes.
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory standards while embodying PDS Health’s values.
