Role Description

The Registered Dental Hygienist is a full-time, on-site role located in Naperville, IL. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive preventive dental services, including dental prophylaxis, periodontal assessments, and nonsurgical periodontal therapies. Day-to-day tasks include performing thorough oral health evaluations, taking and reviewing dental radiographs, documenting clinical findings, and collaborating with dentists on treatment plans. The hygienist will educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, disease prevention, and therapies tailored to their individual needs, while supporting a calm, patient-centered experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strict infection control standards, preparing and sterilizing instruments, and contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented practice environment.
