Mynt Dental in Mount Pleasant, WI is seeking a licensed RDH to deliver preventive and periodontal care in a modern clinic. You will co-diagnose with the doctor, perform charting, radiographs, and educate patients while maintaining records.

The role offers a high hourly rate of $63–$65, a $5,000 signing bonus, uncapped monthly bonuses, and strong benefits including 401(k), health and vision insurance, and parking on-site. Clinic hours are weekdays and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RDH license in good standing.
• Ability to administer local anesthesia.
• New graduates are welcome and will be paired with an experienced hygienist.

Role and Schedule

• Deliver preventive and periodontal care within your licensed scope
• Co-diagnose with the doctor during hygiene exams — your clinical judgment carries weight here
• Complete periodontal charting, radiographs, and intraoral scans
• Educate patients on their treatment and home care
• Maintain your clinical notes and treatment records
• Follow infection control and sterilization protocols

Hours

Clinic hours are 9am-6pm during the week, and 9am-4pm on Saturdays.

Appointment lengths

• New Patient or Recall: 60 minutes
• Default SRP: 60 minutes per 2 quadrant

Patients per day

7-8 patients

We schedule for thorough care, not volume. You will have time to chart properly, educate your patient, and reset your room without running behind.
