Minden Dental is seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established, privately owned practice. We are looking for someone who values high-quality patient care, enjoys working as part of a collaborative team, and wants to practice in an environment that respects both patients and providers.

*Schedule*

• * Two days per week or Four days per week available
• * No evenings
• * No weekends
• * Consistent schedule with the ability to leave on time
• * Preferred start date: November 2026

*Compensation & Benefits*

• * Starting pay: *$53/hour with benefits ($60/hour without benefits)*

*Clinical Environment*

• * Adult prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance appointments are scheduled for *60 minutes*.
• * SRP appointments are scheduled according to patient needs and may be up to *2 hours*.
• * If every patient were a prophy appointment, the schedule would average approximately *8 patients per day*.
• * Comprehensive annual periodontal examinations are performed for all patients.
• * We utilize laser therapy as an adjunct to improve periodontal outcomes.
• * Our focus is on long‑term oral health and evidence‑based periodontal care.
