Dental Metrics Maven in McKinney, TX is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) for a full-time, Monday–Friday role in a patient-centered private practice.

Provide preventive and periodontal care, perform adult prophylaxis, support treatment planning, and use iTero for scans and Invisalign cases; Dentrix experience and strong patient education are required.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist license.
• Experience in private practice preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Proficiency with Dentrix and iTero; Invisalign experience a plus.

Our client is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join a thriving, well-established private practice in the heart of McKinney, Texas. This is an opportunity to work in a busy, high-end PPO practice that values quality patient care, clinical autonomy, and long-term relationships over rushing through appointments.

Privately owned by the same doctor for 11 years, this practice has built a reputation for creating a welcoming, laid-back environment where patients feel comfortable and team members feel appreciated. With four generations of some families continuing to visit the practice and an average staff tenure of 5-7 years, this is a team that truly values consistency, connection, and a positive workplace culture.

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday: Morning huddle at 7:30 AM; first patient at 8:00 AM, last patient at 4:00 PM; lunch from 1:00-2:00 PM.


• Friday: Morning huddle at 7:30 AM; patient hours from 8:00 AM-2:00 PM, with no lunch break.

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care to patients of varying ages and needs.


• Perform adult prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and other hygiene procedures within your scope of practice.


• Build strong patient relationships through education, communication, and a personalized approach to care.


• Help patients understand their oral health needs and feel confident about recommended treatment.


• Complete intraoral scans with iTero for new patient visits and Invisalign cases.


• Collaborate with the dentist and clinical team to support comprehensive treatment planning.


• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.

What We're Looking For:

• Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist license.


• Previous clinical hygiene experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.


• Dentrix experience preferred.


• Strong patient communication and education skills.
