HealthYes Staffing Network is recruiting a Registered Dental Hygienist for an established community-based practice serving the Davis Mountains region in Far West Texas. This position offers full-time or part-time flexibility, with a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited dental-hygiene program.
• Active Texas RDH license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• Authorized to perform dental radiography in Texas.
• Knowledge of periodontal care and preventive dentistry.
• Strong patient-education and communication skills.
• Commitment to accurate clinical documentation and infection prevention.
• Experienced hygienists and qualified recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine dental cleanings, prophylaxis, and periodontal-maintenance services
• Complete periodontal charting and oral-health assessments
• Perform scaling and root planning within the hygienist’s authorized scope
• Obtain and process diagnostic dental radiographs
• Apply fluoride, sealants, and other preventive treatments
• Identify signs of periodontal disease, dental decay, and other oral-health concerns
• Educate patients about oral hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention
• Review medical and dental histories before treatment
• Document examinations, treatments, and recommendations accurately
• Maintain sterilization and infection-control standards
• Collaborate with dentists, dental assistants, and administrative staff
• Support a welcoming and respectful experience for patients from diverse backgrounds
