Job Title: Full-Time Dental Hygienist at Care Dental

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Dental Hygienist to join our team at Care Dental in Centennial, CO. Our clinic is committed to providing modern, conservative dental care in a welcoming environment where patients feel at home. We focus on building lasting relationships and boosting patients' confidence in their smiles.

Location:

Centennial, CO 80112

Compensation:

$60-65/hr

Schedule:

• Monday through Wednesday: 7am-4pm
• Thursday: 7am-7pm
• Friday: 7am-1pm
• One Saturday per month: 7am-1pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Take x-rays and intraoral photos
• Perform dental charting and coding
• Develop and present treatment plans
• Collaborate with the dentist on treatment recommendations and assist as needed
• Educate patients on treatment options and dental hygiene
• Perform hygiene procedures such as prophylaxis, scaling and root planning, and periodontal maintenance tailored to each patient
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols
• Handle administrative tasks including answering phones, calling labs, and patient follow-up
• Stock supplies and maintain equipment
• Accurately document and maintain Patient Health Information
• Collaborate with team members

Qualifications:

• Associates degree from an ADA-accredited Dental Hygiene Program
• Current state licensure
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Proficiency in dental management software such as Open Dental or Dentrix
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail
• Adaptability in a dynamic environment
