The position offers an hourly rate of $55–$80, with commission-based incentives tied to specific procedures. Requires WA RDH license, CPR/BLS, infection control, and strong communication skills.

Registered Dental Hygienist – Flexible Schedule & Competitive Pay!

We are looking for a qualified Dental Hygienist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing preventative dental care, including cleaning and polishing teeth, educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, and performing other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a team environment, and have a passion for providing quality dental care

Pay

• $55 - $80 per hour
• Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
• Commission-Based Incentives: Earn a percentage of the revenue generated from specific procedures, such as teeth whitening, fluoride treatments, and cosmetic treatment recommedation.

Shift & Schedule

• Day shift
• Flexible schedule
• No weekend shifts
• Work Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-4 pm
• Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).
• Weekend Work: No weekend shifts required.
• Prefered Tuesday and Thursday, but can be flexible

Requirements

• License & Certification: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Basic life support, Licensed dental hygienist, Infection Control License
• Software Experience: Other Dental Software
• Active WA State RDH License
• CPR & AED Certification
• Knowledge of infection control protocols
• Strong communication & patient education skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferences

• License & Certification: X-ray / Radiography Certification
• Software Experience: Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft
• Experience with digital X-rays & dental software
• Nitrous oxide certification
• 1+ years of clinical experience (open to new grads!)

Job Description
