Job summary

Our Best Life Companies is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist for a high producing dental office with a great culture in California. Whether you're looking for full-time or part‑time, we offer flexibility, growth opportunities, and a workplace culture that truly supports its people.

Responsibilities include dental cleanings, radiographs, patient assessments, sealants and fluoride, and maintaining records. Preferred bilingual English/Spanish and at least 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• A degree or certificate in dental hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license.
• Active CPR Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, root planing, and polishing.
• Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical histories and evaluating oral health conditions.
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventative care.
• Identify signs of oral diseases and communicate findings to the dentist for diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Apply preventive materials such as sealants and fluoride treatments.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and charting.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and sterilization standards.
