Pay Range : $XX-XX per hour (negotiable based on experience)

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $10k for full-time and $5k for part-time positions!

About the Role

We are actively seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. If you love working with kids (who make up 70% of our patient base), this is the place for you!

Your Responsibilities :

As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in delivering direct dental care and support to our patients. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Providing quality and compassionate care to every patient
• Performing direct patient care, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, and fluoride applications under dentist supervision
• Offering excellent customer service and identifying opportunities for Same Day Care
• Educating patients and parents on oral hygiene
• Assessing dental conditions and reviewing medical histories
• Adhering to all government regulations and company standards
• Guiding parents and patients through the treatment process
• Assisting with dental and perio charting as needed
• Taking x-rays and saving them into patient charts when necessary
• Creating memorable patient experiences through compassion and care

Qualifications :

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
• CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire)
