Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) position in Egg Harbor, NJ, Full-Time. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a sign-on bonus up to $3,000. The role involves chairside assistance, operatories setup, infection control, and patient education within a safety-focused practice.

The ideal candidate will hold a Registered Dental Assistant License with 2-3 years of clinical experience and proficiency in all RDA functions. Opportunities for growth and ongoing training are available.

Qualifications

• Registered Dental Assistant License.
• 2-3 years of clinical experience.
• Proficiency in all RDA functions.

Responsabilités

• Assist the provider during a variety of treatment procedures including 4-handed dentistry.
• Set up and breakdown treatment operatories.
• Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Adhere to all OSHA and safety policies and procedures.
• Provide patients with instructions for oral care following all dental treatment procedures.
• Perform various General office housekeeping tasks as necessary.
• All other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
