We are seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our fun and friendly dental practice, offering a great opportunity for career growth. Collaborate with Pediatric Dentists, Orthodontists, and Anesthesiologists in a supportive environment.

Job Summary

The RDA supports dental care delivery by preparing treatment rooms, patients, instruments, and materials; passing instruments and materials; and performing procedures in compliance with the Dental Practice Act.

Pay Range

$20.77 - $27.84 (Based on experience)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during procedures
• Operate x-ray equipment and take x-rays
• Perform dental prophylaxis
• Instruct patients on oral hygiene
• Chart and develop treatment plans with the doctor
• Sterilize instruments
• Set up and prepare rooms for hygiene and treatment
• Take intraoral photographs
• Perform charting and apply sealants, if applicable

Education and Experience

• Certification from a dental college or 3+ months related experience/training, or equivalent
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations

• California Registered Dental Assistant License
• X-Ray Certification
• Coronal Polish Certification
• Current BLS certification
• Sealant Certification preferred
