Located in the heart of Lithia, FL, Watts Dental is known for providing exceptional patient care and having a great time doing it! We're actively looking for a full-time Registered Dental Assistant - RDA who's ready to bring energy, excellence, and empathy to every appointment. In this hands-on role, you'll support our doctors during procedures while making patients feel relaxed, informed, and cared for from start to finish. This position pays $20 to $25 per hour.

YOUR DAY AS A REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT - RDA

Throughout the day, you're right by the doctor's side, assisting with procedures while keeping things running smoothly and efficiently. You're the calm presence in the room-the one patients trust to explain what's happening, offer a reassuring smile, and make sure they're at ease. Your workspace is organized, your communication is on point, and your energy helps the entire office flow. Every day brings new faces, new moments to learn, and plenty of opportunities to laugh along the way.

YOUR SCHEDULE

You'll work Monday 8:30 AM – 6 PM, Tuesday through Thursday 7 AM – 4 PM, and Friday 7 AM – 1 PM, with a full 1-hour lunch break Monday through Thursday.
