Qualifications

• Active CA license and certification as a Registered Dental Assistant.
• BLS Certification.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to work as a team player and work independently.
• Excellent Communication Skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides oral hygiene and preventive services to dental patients.
• Evaluates and assesses provision of services under dentist supervision.
• Performs procedures safely in compliance with regulations.
• Prepares materials and equipment for treatment and has them ready for use.
• May perform X-Rays/imaging, remove sutures and dressings, tooth polishing, impressions, fluoride and topical medications when privileged.
