Omni Family Health is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support clinicians in restorative dentistry and oral surgery. You will prepare patients, assist the dentist, and handle related lab tasks while maintaining a clean, compliant practice environment.

The role involves patient interaction, scheduling, and occasional front-office duties, with responsibilities spanning clinical and administrative tasks. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, with HIPAA compliance expected.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Proof of completing radiation safety course.
• One year of experience as a dental assistant.
• RDA certification is required.
• Certificates for coronal polishing and sealants required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate in English and Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Assist the dentist at chair side as required or directed by the dentist.
• Promote good oral health through patient instruction and home care guidance.
• Maintain a sterile and neat working environment following infection control procedures.
• Review health history, complete forms, and ensure signatures.
• Stock operatories and manage clinical supply inventory.
• May assist in front office procedures when time allows.
• Supervise preventive maintenance of dental equipment.
• Communicate with purchasing and vendors for supplies.
