Job summary

Smoky Mountain Pediatric Dentistry is seeking an energetic, licensed RDA to join our pediatric team. You will perform cleanings, take X-rays, and assist during routine exams while helping to keep young patients calm and smiling.

We value a patient-centered approach, offer Fridays off, and provide 401(k) matching, generous PTO, paid training, and a uniform allowance. Pediatric experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Dental Assistant License (RDA) is required.
• Radiology certification is required.
• Coronal Polishing certification is required.
• Pediatric dental office experience is preferred.

What We're Looking For (Requirements):

• Licensure: Active Tennessee Dental Assistant License (RDA) is required.
• Certifications: Must hold Radiology and Coronal Polishing certifications.
• Experience: Previous dental office experience is preferred (Pediatric experience is a huge plus!).
• Soft Skills: A natural ability to connect with kids, patience when speaking with parents, and a positive, team-first attitude.
