WORKFORCE Staffing Solutions Ltd. is assisting a busy dental practice with four downtown Seattle locations in their search for a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA).

This full-time position offers a flexible schedule and the chance to work alongside experienced doctors and a supportive, long-standing team. The role involves preparing patients, assisting dentists, managing sterilization, x-rays, iTero scanning, and assisting with orthodontics and oral surgery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited dental assisting program.
• Active WA RDA license.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Experience with or willingness to learn CareStack.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and assist dentists during procedures.
• Set up treatment rooms, trays and materials.
• Sterilization and infection control.
• Take digital x-rays and assist with iTero scanning.
• Fabricate temporary restorations.
• Assist with general dentistry, orthodontics and oral surgery.
• Record treatment information and patient histories.
• Provide postoperative instructions and patient education.
• Assist with dental emergencies as needed.
• Support hygienists as needed.
• Maintain and care for dental equipment.
• Call patients regarding appointments and unscheduled treatment.
• Provide friendly, patient-centered care.

We are seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) on behalf of a busy, established dental practice with four downtown Seattle locations. This is a full-time opportunity with a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work alongside experienced doctors and a supportive, long-standing team.

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Schedule flexibility is available.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Preparing patients and assisting dentists during procedures
• Setting up treatment rooms, trays and materials
• Sterilization and infection control
• Taking digital x-rays and assisting with iTero scanning
• Fabricating temporary restorations
• Assisting with general dentistry, orthodontics and oral surgery
• Recording treatment information and patient histories
• Providing postoperative instructions and patient education
• Assisting with dental emergencies when needed
• Supporting hygienists as needed
• Maintaining and caring for dental equipment
• Calling patients regarding appointments and unscheduled treatment
• Providing friendly, patient-centered care

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited dental assisting program
• Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in Washington State
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• Experience with or willingness to learn CareStack
