Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; state certification/licensure may apply.
• Dental assisting certificate or an associate degree preferred.
• Experience with radiography and patient education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist to gain patient commitment for the best treatment with urgency.
• Support Perfect Patient Experience by addressing patient needs.
• Maintain clean, sterile environment and prepare patients for treatment.
• Perform x-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed.
• Educate patients on postoperative and oral health care.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and operatories.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal safety regulations and policies.
