Job summary

PDS Health is looking for a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in Baytown, Texas to provide exceptional patient care and assist the dentist during treatments. You will participate in creating a comfortable environment for patients and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED along with state-mandated certifications. Competitive compensation ranging from $18.25 to $25.50 per hour is offered, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma or general education degree, and specified training courses as mandated by state.
• Certifications/licenses/registrations as mandated by applicable state.
• Associate degree or one-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist as necessary to gain the patient’s commitment for optimal treatment.
• Participate in the Perfect Patient Experience by attending to patient needs.
• Maintain a clean and sterile environment for patient comfort.
• Complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures at the dentist's direction.
• Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care.
