Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with state-mandated training
• State-required certifications/licenses (e.g., radiograph exposure, coronal polish)
• Associate degree or certificate or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist to gain patient commitment for best treatment with urgency
• Participate in Perfect Patient Experience by addressing patient needs
• Maintain clean, sterile environment and prep patients for treatment
• Take x-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed
• Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and operatories per ADA guidelines
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, etc.)
