Job summary

Practice Positions is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant for our Family Smiles Granbury office. The full-time RDA will welcome patients, take digital X-rays, assist dentists, maintain a sterile environment, and educate patients about care.

Texas RDA license required; sealant placement and nitrous monitoring certifications are a plus. Strong customer service, attention to detail, and adaptability are valued; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Texas-licensed Registered Dental Assistant is required.
• Experience with digital X-rays and charting is preferred.
• Certifications in sealant placement, nitrous monitoring or coronal polishing are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for dental exams, making them feel at ease.
• Take high-quality digital X-rays with precision.
• Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Maintain a sterile, well-organized exam and treatment environment.
• Educate patients about treatment options and aftercare.
• Provide teeth polishing and sealant placement procedures.

Your Role:

As an RDA at our office, you will:

What We’re Looking For:

• A valid Texas-issued Registered Dental Assistant License.
• Sealant Placement, Nitrous Monitoring, Coronal Polishing Certifications (training available for the right candidate).
• Proficiency in digital x-rays and charting.
