NEOMED’s Bitonte College of Dentistry seeks a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Certified Ohio Dental Assistant to support faculty and students in delivering high-quality patient care in an academic setting.

The role emphasizes chairside assisting, radiography, infection control, and collaboration across departments, with opportunities for on-site training and professional growth; starting pay is $20.99–$24.84 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Radiographic license required by Ohio.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum and Educational Support: assist in evaluating radiology clinic workflows and contribute to curriculum discussions to enhance student learning outcomes.
• Clinic Operations and Student Support: assist students and faculty during clinical procedures and manage documentation in the EDR system; handle scheduling and clinic logistics.
• Radiography and Imaging: capture and process diagnostic radiographs, maintain operatory rooms per OSHA/CDC guidelines, ensure patient privacy.
• Other Duties: perform related tasks as assigned.
