We are looking for a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our pediatric dental team full-time!

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, energetic, kid-friendly, and a true team player. You should be confident in all the duties of a registered dental assistant, and most importantly, have a genuine passion for working with children in a warm, welcoming environment.

Qualifications & Qualities

Must be a Registered Dental Assistant with current certifications

Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus, but not required

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Excellent communication and people skills

Able to multitask and work efficiently in a busy setting

Dependable and eager to contribute to a fun, team-oriented office

Key Responsibilities

Chair-side assisting during pediatric procedures

Taking X-rays, impressions, and charting

Sterilization and operatory setup/cleanup

Supporting the front and back office as needed
