Registered Dental Assistant Responsibilities
  1. Assist the dentist in gaining patient commitment for treatment with urgency.
  2. Participate in providing the Perfect Patient ExperienceÔ by focusing on patient needs and concerns.
  3. Maintain a clean, sterile, and welcoming environment; prepare patients and assist the doctors to ensure efficient, quality dental care.
  4. Complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed by the dentist.
  5. Instruct patients on postoperative and oral health care under the dentist's guidance.
  6. Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, and operatories per ADA guidelines.
  7. Comply with all relevant safety, health, and privacy regulations (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA).
Qualifications
  1. High school diploma or GED; relevant training courses as mandated by state.
  2. Certifications/licenses as required by the state (e.g., radiograph, ultrasonic scaling, sealant application).
  3. Associate degree or certificate from an accredited institution preferred, or equivalent experience.

Compensation: $19.25 - $27.00 per hour
