All Day Smiles Dental in Wisconsin is seeking a rockstar registered dental assistant to join our newly established, single-doctor practice. You will support the dentist, handle direct and indirect patient care, and help keep the office procedures smooth and compliant with regulations.

You are well-organized with attention to detail, able to follow instructions, and capable of handling sterilization, four-handed dentistry, and basic lab tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience as a dental assistant.
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in a dental office.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Attention to detail; well-organized and reliable.
• Radiology and Nitrous certification preferred.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Welcome patients in the dental office.
• Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort.
• Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed.
• Perform expanded duties as needed.
• Sterilize instruments according to regulations.
• Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry.
• Undertake lab tasks as instructed.
• Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions.
• Keep the dental operatory clean and well-stocked.
• Schedule appointments.

Newly established, single doctor practice, seeking a rockstar registered dental assistant to join our small team! You’ll ensure excellent customer service and lift administrative and basic dental tasks off the dentist’s shoulders. Dental assistant should be well-organized with great attention to detail. You should be able to follow instructions and respect dental office regulations. We want you to be skilled in providing direct or indirect patient care and able to make office procedures as smooth as possible.
