Salary: $18–$23 per hour, DOE
As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our dentists and team to ensure top-quality patient care, all within the scope of state regulations. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting the dentist during procedures to ensure efficient and quality care
Setting up and breaking down operatory rooms before and after patient visits
Taking and developing dental x-rays as directed
Providing chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures
Taking dental impressions for diagnostic and treatment purposes
Offering patients clear post-operative instructions and follow-up care guidance
Sterilizing and maintaining dental instruments and equipment
Ensuring the cleanliness and professional appearance of clinical and work areas
Assisting in presenting and discussing treatment plans with patients
Supporting overall office flow with additional tasks as assigned
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
Hold an active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification
Possess a current X-ray certification
Have experience in oral surgery procedures
Be skilled in taking impressions for prosthetics
Thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced dental office
Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional attitude under pressure
