Job summary

a-teamdentalstaffing seeks a confident Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) for a Denti-Cal based private practice in California. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced back-office, delivering high-quality patient care while PPO and private insurance are accepted.

You will perform four-handed dentistry, fabricate temporary crowns, manage operatory setup, maintain infection control per OSHA, and take digital X-rays. Office hours are Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid RDA license in California and CPR certification.
• Experience with four-handed dentistry and crown fabrication is preferred.
• Knowledge of infection control protocols and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform four-handed dentistry and assist procedures.
• Fabricate temporary crowns and manage operatory setup/breakdown.
• Maintain infection control and OSHA compliance; take digital X-rays.
