Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team on a full-time basis. This role is perfect for an assistant who takes pride in clinical excellence and enjoys working in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art office. Whether you are a seasoned professional or a recently licensed RDA looking to sharpen your skills, we provide an environment that fosters long‑term career growth. Schedule

• Full‑Time: 4 days per week

• Hours: 7:40 AM – 5:00/5:30 PM (Pacific Time)

Compensation

• Pay Type: Hourly

• Rate:$26.00 - $30.00 per hr - Competitive, Dependent on Experience (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

As an RDA, you will perform a full suite of clinical and patient‑care duties, including but not limited to:

• Providing high‑quality chairside assisting for a wide variety of comprehensive dental procedures (general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry).

• Preparing and regularizing treatment rooms (operatories) for patient care, ensuring strict adherence to infection control and OSHA protocols.

• Utilizing advanced practice technology, including digital radiography, iTero® intraoral scanning, and CBCT imaging.

• Managing patient flow effectively to ensure a smooth, low‑stress, and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

• Coronal polishing, placing matrix bands/wedges, and applying sealants and topical agents as permitted by California RDA licensure rules.

• Providing clear and compassionate post‑operative instructions to patients and maintaining accurate electronic clinical records.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license is required.

• Experience: Prior clinical experience is preferred, but we are absolutely willing to train an enthusiastic, licensed professional with the right attitude.
