MyCHN is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to support dental providers and ensure a positive, efficient patient experience through high-quality clinical and operational assistance.

You will help with chair-side procedures, radiographs, sterilization, and supplies while maintaining infection control and patient safety. The role requires strong communication and a team-oriented mindset across multiple clinic locations.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of an accredited dental assisting program is required.
• Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license is required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients by answering questions and helping resolve minor concerns.
• Serve as chair-side assistant to the dentist and prepare operatories for procedures.
• Expose and process dental radiographs in accordance with regulations.
• Maintain and sterilize dental instruments and equipment in infection control standards.
• Ensure proper disposal of contaminated materials according to safety regulations.
• Monitor and maintain operatory supplies and assist with inventory control.
• Support both clinical and administrative functions as needed.
• Assist with patient flow, documentation, and completion of records and forms.
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and team members.
• Follow all departmental protocols for patient preparation and discharge.
• Support quality care by adhering to organizational and regulatory standards.
• Participate in additional duties aligned with organizational goals and patient care needs.

What You Bring:
