Job summary

Community Dental Partners in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to welcome patients, help during procedures, and maintain a clean, efficient clinic environment. You will take digital X-rays, chart patient information, and educate patients on treatments and aftercare.

A Texas RDA license and strong patient-service skills are required; additional certifications are a plus. This temporary full-time role offers a supportive team, competitive compensation, and benefits

Qualifications

• Texas RDA license required.
• Sealant Placement, Nitrous Monitoring, Coronal Polishing certifications preferred or training available.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for dental exams.
• Take high-quality digital X-rays with precision.
• Assist dentists during a variety of procedures.
• Maintain a sterile, organized exam/treatment area.
• Educate patients about treatment options and aftercare.
• Polish teeth and place sealants as needed.
• Manage patient appointments and care.

Schedule: Monday-Saturday (alternating Saturdays and Mondays) (Temporary Full-Time)

Your Role

As an RDA at our office, you will:

• Welcome and prepare patients for dental exams, making them feel at ease.
• Take high-quality digital X-rays with precision.
• Assist our dentists during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Ensure a sterile, well-organized exam and treatment environment.
• Educate patients about treatment options and aftercare.
• Shine in providing teeth polishing and sealant placement procedures.
• Be a key player in managing patient appointments and care.
• Uphold stringent sterilization standards.
• Foster a warm, engaging atmosphere for patients throughout their visit.

What We’re Looking For

• A valid Texas-issued Registered Dental Assistant License.
• Sealant Placement, Nitrous Monitoring, Coronal Polishing Certifications (training available for the right candidate).
• Proficiency in digital x-rays and charting.
• A star in customer service and excellent communication skills.
