Fletcher Hills Dental Arts in San Diego / El Cajon is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our private practice.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of RDA experience in general dentistry, California RDA license, Dentrix proficiency, and excellent patient care and multitasking abilities to support a fast-paced, multi-provider team.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years RDA experience in general dentistry.
• Dentrix experience required.
• Current California RDA license.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, multi-provider environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists in 4-handed dentistry procedures.
• Full-scope RDA duties per California regulations.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials.
• Sterilization and infection control compliance.
• Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment.
• Support efficient clinical workflow and scheduling flow.
• Cross-training in front office is a strong plus.

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Full-Time | Fletcher Hills Dental Arts | San Diego / El Cajon

Fletcher Hills Dental Arts is a well-established, multi-provider private dental practice seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team.

Schedule

• Full-Time, Monday–Friday
• Patient Hours:
  Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (hygiene starts at 7:00 AM)
  Friday: Administrative day
• Rotating early start shifts: approximately 6:45 AM – 7:30 AM
• 8-hour clinical days with occasional overtime based on patient volume and needs
• Occasional coverage may be required at nearby affiliated offices
