Responsibilities

• Capture digital X-rays and assist with intraoral scanning when needed.
• Accurately document patient care and support real-time charting (chairside scribing).
• Help coordinate a smooth clinical flow across multiple providers and operatories.
• Enhance patient comfort through clear communication and a reassuring chairside presence.
• Maintain equipment, instruments, and inventory to ensure daily readiness.

Key Responsibilities in This Role

Qualifications & Experience for Success in This Role

• At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant in a general dentistry setting
• Proficiency with dental practice management systems (EagleSoft experience highly preferred)
• Active RDA license with current X-ray and Coronal Polishing certifications
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable and comfortable assisting multiple providers throughout the day
• Experience with, or willingness to learn, chairside charting and clinical scribing
• High attention to detail with the ability to listen, assist, and document simultaneously
• Dependable team player with a consistent and proactive approach to responsibilities

Compensation: $30 - $35 hourly
