A-Team Dental Staffing LLC has partnered with a newly established, modern dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant in San Rafael, CA. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.; Compensation: Up to $30 per hour depending on experience.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, team-oriented, and committed to providing an exceptional patient experience while building with a supportive dental team.

Qualifications

• Current California Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant credentials.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of OSHA and infection-control requirements.
• Strong communication, organization, and chairside assisting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a growing practice.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials.
• Assist the dentist during general, cosmetic, restorative, implant, and surgical procedures.
• Take digital X-rays and intraoral images.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection-control standards.
• Review postoperative instructions with patients.
• Maintain accurate patient charts and clinical documentation.
• Monitor and restock clinical supplies.
• Support efficient patient flow throughout the day.
• Perform all duties permitted by the candidate's California license and certifications.
