Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Denver is seeking a Registered Clinical Dietitian to plan regular and modified diets for patients across all ages. You will visit patients, counsel on nutritional needs, and participate in education programs within hospital and outpatient services.

Licensing and registration are required, with 3 years of clinical experience preferred. Rehabilitation experience is a plus, and the hospital offers growth opportunities and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Registered with Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Licensed by the State in which the facility resides to practice Dietetics.
• 3 years' experience in a clinical setting preferred. Rehabilitation experiences a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan regular and modified diets for patients of all ages as prescribed by Medical Staff.
• Routinely visit patients, counseling patients with nutritional needs.
• Participates in hospital, patient, and community education and outpatient programs.
• Assists with the maintenance of the department's Quality Assessment & Quality Improvement plan.

The Registered Clinical Dietitian is responsible for planning regular and modified diets for all ages of patients as prescribed by Medical Staff. Functions include routinely visiting patients, counseling patients with nutritional needs. Participates in hospital, patient, and community education and outpatient programs. Assists with the maintenance of the department's Quality Assessment & Quality Improvement plan.

• Education and Training: Registered with Commission on Dietetic Registration. Licensed by the State in which the facility resides to practice Dietetics.
• Experience: 3 years' experience in a clinical setting preferred. Rehabilitation experiences a plus.
